These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Coach Feed app and related services ("the Service"), provided by [PLACEHOLDER] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Health and fitness disclaimer

AI Coach Feed is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Workout statistics, coaching suggestions, and any output from connected AI coaches are for general informational and fitness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, health, or training advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or intensifying any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are injured, or are pregnant.
You exercise and follow any suggestions at your own risk. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
AI-generated coaching can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgement and do not rely on it for medical decisions.

2. Your account

You can use the app without an account; an account is optional and enables cloud sync across devices. Creating an account also makes AI access to your synced data possible through our MCP server, on a Bring Your AI basis — you connect your own assistant (see section 4).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country (in Sweden, at least 13). The Service is intended for consumers, not commercial use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or reverse-engineering the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. AI access — Bring Your AI

AI Coach Feed follows a Bring Your AI model: we do not provide the AI ourselves. Creating an account makes AI access to your synced data possible through our MCP server — this is part of having an account, not a separate setting — but you must select and connect your own AI service for anything to happen. You choose which trusted AI service processes your data; that provider acts independently of us, under its own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for its conduct or for the content or accuracy of its output. Your data is only sent to that service once you connect and authorise it; until then, nothing is sent. You can disconnect it at any time, or delete your account to stop all cloud and AI access.

5. Your content and data

Your workout data and comments remain yours. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can export your data as GPX and delete your account at any time.

6. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
